One thing ADHD brains are terrible at…
Is recognising progress.
If we didn’t climb a mountain today, our brain tells us we did nothing.
But progress rarely looks like that.
Sometimes progress is:
• replying to the message you’ve been avoiding
• doing 10 minutes instead of zero
• getting outside for a walk
• choosing rest before burnout
Small actions done consistently change everything.
Not because they’re dramatic.
But because they keep momentum alive.
So here’s your reminder today:
You don’t need a perfect Monday.
Just a small step forward.
