CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF: WHERE ARE YOU REALLY AT RIGHT NOW? 🌿 Sometimes we get so focused on pushing forward that we forget to notice the state we’re building from. That matters. Because mindset, discipline, routines, habits, rest, training, nutrition, and stress management are not separate from progress… They are the foundation of it. Inside the Regulate Method, we don’t just ask, “How do I do more?” We ask, “What helps me stay steady enough to keep going well?” Because building well is not just about effort. It’s also about capacity. It’s about recovery. It’s about understanding what supports you and what slowly pulls you off course. So take a moment and check in honestly 👇 Where are you at right now? Plot twist:😮Your Saturday doesn’t have to be perfect
Okay, real talk: How many of you said “I’m gonna REST this weekend” and then filled Saturday with 47 different projects, errands, and suddenly-urgent tasks? 👀 Just us? Cool, cool. 😅 Here’s the thing though Saturday doesn’t have to be “productive hustle mode” or “complete shutdown mode.” There’s actually a middle ground (shocking, I know). What if this Saturday you picked ONE thing that genuinely lights you up? Not the thing you should do. Not the thing that’s “productive.” The thing that actually makes you feel alive. Maybe it’s sleeping in without guilt. Maybe it’s finally starting that creative project. Maybe it’s literally doing nothing and feeling GOOD about it. Your capacity has a ceiling, and guess what? Respecting it isn’t lazy it’s the secret to actually showing up for the things (and people) that matter. So here’s your challenge: Drop in the comments ONE thing you’re doing this Saturday that’s just for you. No apologies. No justifications.
