Last week, I realized something.
I had so many open loops in my mind.
Things I wanted to finish for my community, The Room to Breathe.
Things I wanted to test. Content I wanted to create. Ideas I was excited about.
And at the same time, real life was happening.
I had work files to finish, things to take care of for my daughter, and all the little things that still needed my attention.
By the end of the day, I had to remind myself of something:
I am my audience.
I know what it feels like to have ideas you’re excited about, things you want to move forward, and a mind that just keeps adding things to the list.
Even when you love what you’re building, you can still feel mentally full.
And sometimes, the answer isn't to organize everything better, find another system, or push a little harder.
Sometimes, you just need to put it down.
Unload your mind. Give yourself some room. Let a few things wait.
They don't all need to be finished today.
So that's your little reminder for this week, and honestly, one I needed myself.
You don't have to carry every open loop at once. 😊
