its important to ask now
Sharing this because I know a bunch of you are figuring out your own pricing too.
I set my community up with 3 tiers a while back. Free tier for people learning AI hands-on. $99/mo for people who want to move fast and land a client soon. $197/mo for people ready to scale past that and maybe build their own community down the line.
It's been running for a bit now and I want an outside take on it, not just my own members' opinions.
If you run a paid community, I'd genuinely like your read on this. Does the gap between $99 and $197 make sense to you? Is there something you'd add or cut? Anything that feels off from a positioning standpoint?
