𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 — 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗠𝘀 Typing long messages can be tedious. Voice Messages let you record audio directly in Skool's direct messages and send it as a file attachment — no external tools needed. Open any DM conversation and you'll see a microphone icon next to the attachment button. Click it to start recording. While recording, a live waveform visualization shows your audio levels in real time, along with a timer counting up. Click the microphone again to stop recording and automatically attach the audio file to your message. The recording uses your browser's native audio capabilities (WebM/Opus format) for high-quality voice capture. There's a 10-minute maximum recording time — if you hit the limit, the recording automatically stops and attaches. The audio file is sent through Skool's native file attachment system, so the recipient can play it right in the chat. 𝗠𝘆𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 — 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Skool always drops you into one community at a time — there is no page that shows your whole Skool life at once. MySkool gives you that home: a personal cross-community feed that takes over the page and pulls posts from every community you pick into one stream, newest first. Open MySkool from its entry in Skool's native pin bar — it rides along like any other pin and can be moved the same way. One unified selector box at the top controls everything: pick individual communities, hit the "All communities" chip to follow everything, use the sync button for a fresh pull, or grab a "Copy link" to share the view. The same selection spans all three tabs — feed, calendar and classroom — so the events and lessons from all your chosen communities are gathered in one place too. The feed is not read-only: edit your own posts and comments inline, vote in polls straight from the stream, and like and comment as if you were inside the community. Every post shows its community icon, so you always know where a conversation lives — one click takes you there. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 — 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘁 Long posts don't always arrive at a convenient moment. Read Aloud puts a speaker icon into the post header, right next to the bookmark icon: click it and the post is read to you — the title first, then the text. Classroom lessons carry the same icon in their action row, so a written lesson can be listened to instead of read — there too, a folded text is unfolded before it is read out. In the feed the icon sits on every post card alongside the bookmark, so a post can be heard without opening it; both appear only while the mouse is over the card, and stay visible whenever they show a state — a post being read out, a bookmark that is set, a card that was auto-translated. The voice comes from your browser, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to pay for. Which voices exist depends on your operating system and browser; Read Aloud picks the one matching your Skool Extensions interface language. If the post is still folded behind a "Show more" link, it unfolds first, so you hear the whole thing instead of just the opening. A second click stops it — while a post is playing, the icon stays green. Moving on to another post ends the playback too, so a post you left behind never talks over the one you are reading now. Hovering the icon opens a small menu with two settings: speed between 0.75× and 2×, and every voice your system has to offer, grouped by language. The group at the top is the language the text is actually in — the one the community writes in, or, while auto-translation is on for that community, the language it translates into. Your interface language only decides the labels. The groups are collapsed, except the one holding the voice currently in use — a machine with two dozen voices would otherwise fill the whole menu with names you never pick. Above them sit the cloud voices, a Premium addition. They come from OpenAI instead of your operating system and sound markedly more natural, German included — useful when your machine has no voice for the language at all. They are not tied to a language: each of the six speaks every language, which is why the group is labelled "all languages" rather than sorted like the system voices. A cloud voice has to be fetched before it can play, which takes a moment. Picking a voice stops the current reading straight away and the icon shows a spinning ring until the new voice takes over at the passage you had reached. Each Premium account gets 66,000 tokens a month, one token per character read out, which is roughly forty-five average posts. Listening to the same post again is free and does not count: once a post has been read aloud, its recording is kept and shared, so the second person to play it pays nothing. The counter at the bottom of the menu shows what is left, and it resets at the start of each month. Both take effect right away. Clicking a voice starts reading immediately, and if a post is already playing it carries on at the passage being read rather than starting over — that also holds when switching between a browser voice and a cloud voice. The choice stays on the device you made it on, because which voices exist depends on the machine.

𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 — 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗰𝗮𝗺 The same recorder that sends voice and video in your DMs, comments and post window can now record your screen instead of your camera. Open the source dropdown in the recording popup and you'll find your cameras alongside two new choices: Screen records just your screen, and Screen + Camera gives you a Loom-style clip where your webcam rides along in a round bubble. Your browser's own picker asks whether to share your whole screen, a single window or a tab — no extra permission is added to the Extension. In Screen + Camera mode the webcam bubble sits in a corner of the recording, and you can drag it anywhere and resize it to frame yourself the way you like. The moment you start sharing, the big popup shrinks to a small control pill near the top of the page — Start before you record, then a red stop dot and a running timer while you record — and you can drag that pill out of the way. It never covers the screen you're capturing, and it never films itself into an infinity-mirror. The recording takes the tab or system audio from whatever you're sharing and mixes your microphone in on top as a voiceover, so you can talk over what's on screen. Pick which microphone (and, for Screen + Camera, which camera) up front, and switch either one mid-recording. If you end the share from your browser's own sharing bar, the recording stops and attaches on its own. When you're done, a Done button plays the clip back for review before anything sends — then Send ships it, or the trash icon discards it for a retake. Clips go out as WebM through Skool's native file attachment, playable right in the thread, with the same 10-minute maximum as camera video. Screen and Screen + Camera are Premium; plain camera and audio recording stay free. For non-Premium accounts the two screen rows show up greyed out with a gold crown — one click starts a free trial right from the recording popup. The whole recorder adapts to your current theme, dark or light.

𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 — 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 Skool shows you a thin row of stats under your community header and leaves it at that: a number for today, no history, no context, nothing you can arrange. The Skool Dashboard replaces that row with a full view of how your community is actually doing — open it as a side panel next to your work, or as a popup that fills the screen. The layout is yours. Drag any tile to where you want it, group tiles into blocks you name yourself, collapse the ones you rarely look at, and reset the whole thing whenever it has drifted. Your layout and your revenue goals travel with you — they are cloud-synced, so the dashboard looks the same on your laptop and your desktop. On top sit the curves: members and revenue over time, projected 30 and 90 days ahead from your own trend, plus 15 milestones on the way to the revenue goal you set — each with the amount still missing and the date it is on track for. The member curve is there from the first day, because Skool keeps that history; the revenue curve is built from daily snapshots the Extension takes for you, so a fresh install needs a few days before it has a line worth reading. Below that, the numbers that explain the curves. Where your members come from — visitors, signups and new revenue split by acquisition channel — next to premium and VIP members, running trials, engagement and your ranks in the Skool Finder by category, language and overall. Tiles from your own panels join them: open tasks including the overdue ones, pipeline contacts, tagged contacts, bookmarks and text templates, each one a click away from the panel it belongs to. Your own numbers are part of it too: the streak flame, your longest streak, the points still missing to the next level, what you did today across all your communities, and your contribution grid. Run several communities and the dashboard adds them up by default — every community you administer in one set of figures — with a filter in the header to drop down to a single one. Goals follow that filter, so an overall target and a per-community target can exist side by side.
