𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁-𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 — 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺 The extension adds context-sensitive right-click menus to key elements on Skool, giving you instant access to actions that would otherwise require multiple clicks or page navigations. Right-click on any event in the Calendar sidebar and you get five options to export it to your personal calendar: Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Outlook.com, or Yahoo. Google opens a pre-filled event in a new tab. The other four download the event as an ICS file directly through Skool's API — no copy-pasting of dates or titles needed. Right-click on the notification bell in the navbar and you'll see "Customize notifications", which opens Skool's notification settings page in a new tab. A shortcut to a page that's otherwise buried several clicks deep. Right-click on any category chip in your community feed (admin/owner only) and you get "Edit Categories", which opens the community settings directly on the categories panel — skipping the three-step navigation through Settings, Community, and Categories. All context menus adapt to your current theme (dark or light mode) and follow the extension's language setting. --- 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁𝘀𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻 — 𝗔𝗯𝗸ü𝗿𝘇𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝘄𝗼 𝗱𝘂 𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗵𝘀𝘁 Die Extension fügt kontextsensitive Rechtsklick-Menüs an wichtigen Elementen auf Skool hinzu und gibt dir sofortigen Zugriff auf Aktionen, die sonst mehrere Klicks oder Seitenwechsel erfordern würden. 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘀 — 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘀 As your community grows, keeping track of who's who becomes a challenge. Member Tags let you create custom color-coded tags and assign them to individual members — giving you a personal CRM-like layer right inside Skool. Open the Members Panel and click the tag icon in the header to manage your tags. Create as many tags as you need (e.g. "VIP", "Coaching Client", "Affiliate Partner"), each with a distinct color chosen from 8 presets. Click any color dot to cycle through the palette. To assign tags, click the tag icon on any member row and check the tags you want — assignments are saved instantly. Tags appear as small colored badges next to member names throughout the entire platform: in the feed, comments, classroom, and anywhere Skool displays a username. This way you can instantly recognize tagged members without opening the Members Panel. If a member has more than two tags, a "+N more" indicator keeps things tidy. You can also right-click any profile name or avatar anywhere on Skool to quickly assign or remove tags via a popover — no need to open the Members Panel first. All tag data syncs across your devices via Chrome Sync. The feature is available for community admins and owners and can be toggled on or off in the Toolkit Settings under the Admin section. --- 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿-𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘀 — 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘀 Je größer deine Community wird, desto schwieriger wird es, den Überblick zu behalten, wer wer ist. Mitglieder-Tags lassen dich eigene farbcodierte Tags erstellen und einzelnen Mitgliedern zuweisen — wie eine persönliche CRM-Ebene direkt in Skool. Öffne das Mitglieder-Panel und klicke auf das Tag-Icon im Header, um deine Tags zu verwalten. Erstelle so viele Tags wie nötig (z.B. "VIP", "Coaching-Kunde", "Affiliate-Partner"), jeweils mit einer eigenen Farbe aus 8 Voreinstellungen. Klicke auf einen Farbpunkt, um durch die Palette zu wechseln. 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 — 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗠𝘀 Typing long messages can be tedious. Voice Messages let you record audio directly in Skool's direct messages and send it as a file attachment — no external tools needed. Open any DM conversation and you'll see a microphone icon next to the attachment button. Click it to start recording. While recording, a live waveform visualization shows your audio levels in real time, along with a timer counting up. Click the microphone again to stop recording and automatically attach the audio file to your message. The recording uses your browser's native audio capabilities (WebM/Opus format) for high-quality voice capture. There's a 10-minute maximum recording time — if you hit the limit, the recording automatically stops and attaches. The audio file is sent through Skool's native file attachment system, so the recipient can play it right in the chat. The waveform visualization adapts to your current theme (dark or light mode), and the feature can be toggled on or off in the Toolkit Settings. --- 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻 — 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗮𝘂𝗳𝗻𝗲𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗠𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻 Lange Nachrichten tippen kann mühsam sein. Sprachnachrichten lassen dich Audio direkt in Skools Direktnachrichten aufnehmen und als Dateianhang senden — keine externen Tools nötig. Öffne eine beliebige DM-Konversation und du siehst ein Mikrofon-Icon neben dem Anhang-Button. Klick darauf, um die Aufnahme zu starten. Während der Aufnahme zeigt eine Live-Wellenform-Visualisierung deine Audio-Pegel in Echtzeit an, zusammen mit einem hochzählenden Timer. Klick erneut auf das Mikrofon, um die Aufnahme zu stoppen und die Audiodatei automatisch an deine Nachricht anzuhängen. Die Aufnahme nutzt die nativen Audio-Fähigkeiten deines Browsers (WebM/Opus-Format) für hochwertige Sprachaufnahme. Es gibt ein Maximum von 10 Minuten Aufnahmezeit — wenn du das Limit erreichst, stoppt die Aufnahme automatisch und wird angehängt. Die Audiodatei wird über Skools natives Dateianhang-System gesendet, sodass der Empfänger sie direkt im Chat abspielen kann.

𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁 — 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗿𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 Skool's built-in chat is limited to 1-on-1 direct messages. Group Chat adds fully encrypted group messaging directly inside the Skool interface — create groups, invite members, and chat in real time without leaving the platform. Click the group chat icon in your toolbar to open the panel. From here you can create a new group or join an existing one via invite link. Every group gets a unique invite URL that includes the encryption key, so new members automatically receive access to read all messages. Share the link with anyone who has the extension installed. Messages are end-to-end encrypted using AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is generated when a group is created and shared through invite links — it never touches the server. This means the server stores only encrypted ciphertext that cannot be read by anyone except group members. The chat interface follows a familiar messaging layout: messages appear in speech bubbles with profile pictures and display names pulled from Skool profiles (cached locally for one week). Consecutive messages from the same person are grouped together without repeating the avatar. New messages arrive via polling every 3 seconds while the chat is open. Group management features include: renaming the group (any member), transferring admin rights, removing members (admin only), and deleting the group entirely. When members join, leave, or are removed, a system message appears in the chat so everyone stays informed. An unread badge on the toolbar icon shows how many unread messages you have across all groups, updating in real time as you read. The panel can be pinned to stay open during navigation — and it remembers both the pin state and which group/view you were in, so after a page reload you pick up exactly where you left off. The feature requires a one-time consent prompt explaining what data is processed. All data is transmitted to api.skool-finder.com. Consent can be revoked at any time in the extension settings.
