𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘀 — 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘀 As your community grows, keeping track of who's who becomes a challenge. Member Tags let you create custom color-coded tags and assign them to individual members — giving you a personal CRM-like layer right inside Skool. Open the Members Panel and click the tag icon in the header to manage your tags. Create as many tags as you need (e.g. "VIP", "Coaching Client", "Affiliate Partner"), each with a distinct color chosen from 8 presets. Click any color dot to cycle through the palette. To assign tags, click the tag icon on any member row and check the tags you want — assignments are saved instantly. Tags appear as small colored badges next to member names throughout the entire platform: in the feed, comments, classroom, and anywhere Skool displays a username. This way you can instantly recognize tagged members without opening the Members Panel. If a member has more than two tags, a "+N more" indicator keeps things tidy. You can also right-click any profile name or avatar anywhere on Skool to quickly assign or remove tags via a popover — no need to open the Members Panel first. All tag data syncs across your devices via Chrome Sync. Chat Read Receipts add double-check mark indicators to each chat row in the chat panel — green (✓✓) when your message has been read, gray (✓✓) when it hasn't been read yet. Open the chat panel and you'll immediately see the read status of every conversation at a glance. The indicators appear on the right side of each chat row and update automatically while the panel is open. When your chat partner opens the conversation and reads your message, the gray checks turn green on the next refresh. The feature uses Skool's native chat channel data to determine read status — no additional permissions or accounts needed. It works in both dark and light mode and can be toggled on or off in the Toolkit Settings. --- 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁-𝗟𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁ä𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻 — 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝗵, 𝗼𝗯 𝗱𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲 Fragst du dich manchmal, ob dein Chat-Partner deine letzte Nachricht tatsächlich gesehen hat? Chat-Lesebestätigungen fügen Doppel-Häkchen-Indikatoren bei jeder Chat-Zeile im Chat-Panel hinzu — grün (✓✓) wenn deine Nachricht gelesen wurde, grau (✓✓) wenn sie noch nicht gelesen wurde. Öffne das Chat-Panel und du siehst sofort den Lesestatus jeder Konversation auf einen Blick. Die Indikatoren erscheinen auf der rechten Seite jeder Chat-Zeile und aktualisieren sich automatisch, solange das Panel geöffnet ist. Wenn dein Chat-Partner die Konversation öffnet und deine Nachricht liest, wechseln die grauen Häkchen beim nächsten Refresh auf grün. Das Feature nutzt Skools native Chat-Channel-Daten zur Ermittlung des Lesestatus — keine zusätzlichen Berechtigungen oder Accounts nötig. Es funktioniert sowohl im Dark als auch im Light Mode und kann in den Toolkit-Einstellungen ein- und ausgeschaltet werden.

Sometimes Google is super fast with approving the next update (within an hour), but other times it can take several hours or even days. This is especially true when new permissions are pending review.
