Some carriers in our network may overlap with others, but how they are managed directly impacts your commission. In many cases, we work directly with carriers, which allows you to earn higher payouts from the start. For example, with J.B. Hunt Transport Services, we can often secure 5% to 15% more in commission by keeping it within our direct process. The process you will need to follow is in the CIP program located in the classroom! Do not route these carriers through other management companies, as it will reduce your earnings. Over the coming months, we will be rolling out more carriers with enhanced commission structures.
