Tonifying Yang with Pole Moxa: Technique & Demonstration
Moxa is known for it's dual effect for tonification and for purging. In this demo, Marc will show us the different techniques for tonifying with pole moxa. Quick Summary: Pecking Movement for tonification dispersion Circular Motion for diffusing, used to tonify yang and invigorate blood. Tips: Tonifying by holding the pole moxa until the patient says "hot". The cringing of the skin pulls yang qi inwards and allow it to penetrate inwards better. How to Make Dan Dan Noodles
Ah, street noodles. The greatest thing ever created (sorry, shoes). In this video you'll learn how to make a tasty version of Dàn Dàn Miàn (Or Dandan Noodles) using mostly items you can get at your average Asian grocery store. Don't forget to mix it!
