I wanted to share a behind-the-scenes look at a tool I’ve been vibe-coding since December, not because it’s “perfect”, but because the process taught me a lot.
And big shout out to for her amazing vibe coding workshop which started me on this journey! The problem I was solving:
As a founder and AI educator (and a mum who can’t jump on planes), I needed a better way to manage global visibility opportunities — speaking, workshops, funding, podcasts, PR — without relying on scattered spreadsheets, inboxes, or “I’ll come back to this later”.
So I built The Prestige Opportunity Engine --> coming to you soon (Just have some technical issues on the public facing app but it is working) 👉 https://visibilityengine.sheisai.ai What you’re seeing in the screenshots:
You’ll notice two different UI styles — and that’s intentional.
🌙 The dark UI (earlier version)
This was the first front end:
- Very brand-forward
- Marketing-style landing experience
- Focused on the concept: prestige, global reach, scoring, AI matching
It helped me validate the idea.
☀️ The light UI (current version)
This is the working product:
- Authenticated (login required)
- Secure database
- Daily dashboard
- Real data
- Built for use, not just aesthetics
What it does now:
- Shows 46 real opportunities already in the system
- Ranks a Daily Top 10 by prestige, revenue, and fit
- Lets me pitch as Amanda Jeffs or SHE IS AI
- Generates AI-assisted pitches, bios, and talking points
- Tracks everything in a simple opportunity CRM
- Flags follow-ups so nothing drops
It’s now a daily workflow manager, not just a concept.
The real (unsexy) lessons from vibe coding
This is the part I think matters most 👇
Vibe coding works but it’s not “set and forget”.
Along the way:
- The UI changed three times
- A security update suddenly hid all my data
- I had to add authentication (hello login screen 👋)
- My database had to be updated so I could claim my own 46 opportunities
- I had to learn why user_id ownership matters
- I connected a subdomain and waited for DNS propagation (still ongoing)
None of this was failure even though I feel like the worst vibe coder in the 1 year history of vibe coding.
But I am learning how real products actually work.
Why I’m sharing this here is not to say “look what I built” but to say:
- You can build useful tools without being a developer
- You will hit friction (security, data, auth, domains)
- That friction is where confidence comes from
- Vibe coding is a skill, not a shortcut
This tool already is showing me how it can save me time and mental load and it’s only version 1.
What’s next: For now, I’m using this privately while I get the bumps ironed out and it's tailored to me; but I may open access to women in this community who are building visibility, pitching globally, or navigating thought leadership without a PR team.
If you’re experimenting with:
- Vibe coding
- AI workflows
- Internal tools for your business
- Or you’ve hit “why is this broken now?” moments
I’d love to hear about it.
