A note on where SHE IS AI is heading 💫

Over the holidays and into the start of this year, I’ve been doing some deeper thinking about SHE IS AI, not just what we’re offering today, but how people actually grow inside this ecosystem over time.

One thing that’s become very clear to me is that SHE IS AI isn’t meant to be a random collection of content, events, or conversations.

It’s meant to be a pathway; a place where you can orient yourself in AI, find your voice, contribute meaningfully, and, if you choose, step into deeper leadership, visibility, and impact.

Not everyone will want the same thing here, and that’s okay.

Some people come to learn, some to connect, some to contribute, and some to help shape what ethical, human-centred AI looks like globally.

What matters is that there is a clear direction, and that it’s designed with care rather than hype or pressure.

So you’ll see us quietly bringing more clarity and structure to this in a way that stays true to our values, keeps things accessible, and supports long-term impact rather than short-term noise.

For now, just know this:

You’re not “missing anything,” you’re not behind, and there’s no rush.

This is a space designed for depth, trust, and thoughtful progression.
