This video is unbelievable to watch and see how intelligent Shawn Lane really was. Me coming from Austin, I’m a huge SRV fan as I am a Shawn Lane fan and I always wondered if they ever crossed paths. Around 38 minutes he mentioned getting to play SRV’s guitar and how he “used the heaviest strings in the world” and “had fingers of concrete.” He was in the studio at the same time SRV was doing his record in step and that’s how it all happened.
