Think i did pretty good! Pushing for less carbs and fat tomorrow I have a few better food options planned such as egg whites and peppers for breakfast, tuna steak for lunch, filet mignon and beans for dinner.

Getting back into the routine.
Sorry yall I've been away for a bit, was quite sick for a few weeks there but back at it. Currently 186 flat this morning. Haven't been eating the healthiest or tracking calaries. Committed to doing to today and finally put back on my step counter ring. Ready to keep a consistent routine again and hit it hard at the gym tonight.
