Keeping the right perspective
It is easy to think negatively about body image or performance while Im on my way towards a particular goal. But the list of things to be thankful for beats the list of things to be frustrated by by a mile. Ill start it with groups or friends like this that offer endless knowledge and support. 🙏 Anyways a random thought. Thanks to you all for being here.

Did strength training later afternoon then picked my boys up and did some shadow boxing and bag work for about an hour. Super grateful for the opportunity and energy to do this.

How’s everyone doing?
Hope you guys are enjoying your weekend. Would like to hear how you all are doing mentally at this point in time? Is there anything you’re struggling with?
String of great days
My calories have been a little over my targets, which I think is fine since I have Carbon Diet Coach set to “aggressive weight loss”. The big win is lots of good quality time with my family. Lots of laughs, lots of good core memories.
Turning up activity
I haven't been posting for about a week because I hit a couple pretty hard days and work got crazy. I essentially bitched out. Looking back, to last Thur and Friday, I let myself get overwhelmed and slip into bad habits and have been clawing my way back. Going to be turning up activity so am doing shadow boxing as part of warm up and rejoined my local boxing gym. Ive only been once since joining. Need to find how im going to work it into my schedule but would like to go at least twice a week.
