I haven't been posting for about a week because I hit a couple pretty hard days and work got crazy. I essentially bitched out. Looking back, to last Thur and Friday, I let myself get overwhelmed and slip into bad habits and have been clawing my way back.
Going to be turning up activity so am doing shadow boxing as part of warm up and rejoined my local boxing gym. Ive only been once since joining. Need to find how im going to work it into my schedule but would like to go at least twice a week.
