Lean turkey lunch meat, whey isolated protein, tuna, and some chicken breast were basically what I ate today. Had a core power elite shake as well. This is just under 1300 and I felt like I ate closer to 1800. These numbers surprised me tbh....super active day today, but I enjoy this challenge and look forward to the results.
can you please remind me what sort of numbers to aim for for fat? Just low as possible? Can't remember.
