Got sick and spent a whole day on the couch basically. Nutrition wasn’t on point either. Overate calories for sure and didn’t track. Not proud of it but it is what it is. Back on track today. Knock me down 9 times I get up 10. Thank God for everything.
Another day of being sick, barely moving and eating like shit lol. Not glorifying this just being real and sharing what is. Hope you can do better than I did this time around if you get sick.
Very active weekend. Worked Saturday morning then outside most of the time with yard work and helped two friends with their yards as well Sat and Sun. Didnt train but on my feet all day with light work felt great. Another brick in the wall as @Shark Grebeniuk would say 🧱
