Day 3 done. 1500 calories, stuck to the same foods, today was hard but we made it. 18k steps, no training today just work and family time. Super grateful. Thank God for everything. 🙏🏼
Lean turkey lunch meat, whey isolated protein, tuna, and some chicken breast were basically what I ate today. Had a core power elite shake as well. This is just under 1300 and I felt like I ate closer to 1800. These numbers surprised me tbh....super active day today, but I enjoy this challenge and look forward to the results. @Shark Grebeniuk can you please remind me what sort of numbers to aim for for fat? Just low as possible? Can't remember.
Good job bro. You’re doing everything right. Exactly, the idea is to keep broth fats and carbs as low as possible. The only fats that you get are the trace amounts from the lean meats you eat and the only carbs you get are coming in a form of fiber from vegetables and shirataki noodles and shit. But again, if you break some of these rules by a little it’s not a big deal at all. Because the most important thing that drives the fat loss is the calorie deficit and the high protein intake allows you to maintain muscle and protects your metabolism. All that makes sense?
Whey isolate protein and non fat greek yogurt were my main sources of protein today. Had a protein shake from the gas station. Carbs are from that and the yogurt. Not sure if the protein shake is breaking the rules. Tuna for dinner. Didnt eat more than 1000 calories today but feeling alright. Early to bed.
