How hot do you go?

“Building Recipes” will be ready by the start of September - Taking each variable and using it to build an effective recipe. We’ll be recording at HipHop and there will be some dope graphs! 😂 I love a good graph.

43g ~ 800ml Grind size 29 on Comandante Water ppm 50 This is a standard recipe I do for batch at home. But today’s batch should’ve been 1 click courser. It’s slightly heavy & uneven (I’m being picky lol). A little courser - increase evenness of extraction - still suitable for the ratio I’m brewing. Happy brewing everyone!
