Hello. I am a roaster operating 'Pellet Roastery' in Korea. I’ve found the materials you shared very helpful. I have some detailed questions regarding roasting—could you let me know when and how I might be able to ask them?

For all the nerds! Recently did a starting session for a new consultancy, and got lots of good data that I’ll be sharing in a video next week! There’s a lot of things to work through, so it will probably be a short video followed by a much longer video lol But all very good information on profiling new coffees and like always, relating it to what we are seeing/tasting in different settings.
