Book marketing for nonfiction as newbie author

1. My book topic is fitness over 40.

2. My first ebook was published on January 31, 2026, and the paperback was available on March 6, 2026.

3. My biggest challenge right now is book marketing.

4. My goal over the next 90 days is promote my first book effectively for impact and income.

I will launch a YouTube channel with the co-author of my next book in March 2026. We expect to release our book by June 2026, all being well.

Finally, I need to manage my time effectively since I have a full-time job as an associate professor. Any suggestions?
