I've taken multiple looks at the courses that I had created in the classroom and while it all seems to be going great I realized that I'm missing a big factor - push training
Even though I have the "zero to full planche" ebook that is coming on 1 August, that course is much more focused on shoulder strength and straight arm work.
I am missing a calisthenics push routine for the triceps and chest still
Which is why I'm starting production on a new ebook today - Mastering the handstand push up.
It will constitute every aspect of push movements in calisthenics to help you get stronger, allowing beginners of any level:
- incline push ups
- push ups
- dips
to achieve the handstand push up.
Of course, this is just a mock-up of the actual product. I might create a copy for technique and a separate one for the strength training program.
What do you think?
