my dad just bought me creatine gummies and made me do 200 knee pushups bc i didnt clean my room lol, i didnt do them all in a row, i split it up into like 30-40 reps per set but not all in a row sometimes i need to rest for 30 seconds, anyways, can someone please make a plan for me to build an aesthetic physique quickly. i can only do 1 or 2 pushups so far and cant do pullups yet but i can do like 8 incline pushups. if someone could please make me a workout plan for around 5-6 days a week at a calisthenics park
