Campaign thoughts

- just was wondering your input as i know you've worked in real estate niche a lot - i have a client whos a developer looking to sell properties in a small town to new home buyers (can of course target surrounding areas/cities etc - the town itself however is only 5000 people but is close to major cities etc. - and they are not so much a real estate agency but developers who build/then sell their properties themselves (so are agents of sorts - but only in sales).

I would love your thoughts, have you run similar campaigns with success for property sales/first home buyer targetted, or do you focus more on real estate agents and appraisals etc for agents etc?
