Anyone in need of WordPress Devs for their agency or team? (direct referral)
@Liam Casey and any agencies or others needing support? If anyone is looking for WordPress developers and would be happy to be connected, let me know and I'll do an introduction, I've got a couple team members were letting go as we are restructuring our team based on our new service models. Both are WordPress front end developers located in the Philippines. They do full builds off our teams designs for us - and do some inner page designs etc we usually supply core design frameworks from our design team - both have in the past done start to finish as well. They also engage in doing site maintenance and adhoc tasks. They both have been good workers with no performance based issues over their time with us. Please respond with your contact email/bus name/name for email intro - and I'll do an email introduction for you.) Feel free to ask any questions. I would love to see these valued staff step into a quality role (ideally full time) with another Agency or team that looks after them :)
Campaign thoughts
Hi @Liam Casey - just was wondering your input as i know you've worked in real estate niche a lot - i have a client whos a developer looking to sell properties in a small town to new home buyers (can of course target surrounding areas/cities etc - the town itself however is only 5000 people but is close to major cities etc. - and they are not so much a real estate agency but developers who build/then sell their properties themselves (so are agents of sorts - but only in sales). I would love your thoughts, have you run similar campaigns with success for property sales/first home buyer targetted, or do you focus more on real estate agents and appraisals etc for agents etc?

Makes sense appreciate the input - was my thoughts exactly. Id say there is certainly opportunity here. but for now im going to stick to my core niche as its yielding solid returns :)

If you can show ROI you can charge whatever you like. This mostly becomes a mindset issue of what you feel confident or ok to charge. Draw a path to ROI - and charge whatever the upper region is. I literally tell smaller cleints that we are not the cheapest option - but we work hard and actually care about getting to ROI and beyond. (current niche im charging DOUBLE my main competitors and its not a problem)
New Member- Agency owner ready to scale! :)
Hi Everyone, Just sending over a quick hello to everyone in this group. Just had a great chat with Liam and looking forward to sharing as things progress., I've been in the agency game for 19 years offering web + marketing for clients... my agency has seen many iterations - we have clients from all over Aus across multiple industries and while our quality has been good during this time, and we've moved to a 95% recurring revenue model, in the modern market our deployment for clients has simply created too much complexity for our team to deliver across too many industries. Was nice to see someone local offering agency level support, I'm really excited to start our niching down process and sharing our experience while we roll this out with everyone in this group. I'd love to hear from any other agency owners who have taken this journey already! Any key takeaways for those starting to niche down? (we have two niches we're looking to target to start already!)

Thanks @Liam Casey - Sorry was a bit slow on our call today lol - had several back to back meetings before our chat. Appreciate you spending the time to hear where we are at and offer your insight. Especially with a last min booking in your calendar!

Hi @Oscar McKenzie-Linnell - we started as a web dev agency - its been farily successful - our marketing side is the newer part of the business but has been running in one form or another for a fair while now. Our web team is pretty dialled in - its very processed out but can be a highly complex process. Most of the vastly successful agency models I see in the market today cater to simplicity and less services rather than adding more. (scaling to say 100-500k per month with maintaining great net profit - this is only really feasible with simplicity - not adding complexity.) We will be keeping our web side but actively pulling back on scaling it due to the complexity factor for now - it's a great little earner for us and is now at a point im happy with results, team, and delivery on a recurring revenue basis, however the team required to run it optimally at my desired level of quality is quite sizable. I would ask it back to you - if your team are kicking goals in the marketing space (assuming that's what you do) why wouldn't you just simplify that and scale it massively rather than adding more complexity? If your marketing side isn't 100% dialled in with a solid acquisition funnel in place and running without you mostly, then I wouldnt add more to your plate. Also - looking forward, web dev is predicted to become more and more obsolete- within a few years prompt generated websites will likely suffice or outshine custom dev in most cases. Fine as an upsell but see above, dial in being indispensable first. Just my 2 cents :)
Leads Mastery Question
Hi @Liam Casey - Just looking through the leads mastery course going to start that today. Notice the section "6) How To 10X Retention & Client Result" - is empty? Is this intentional?
