Sense check on ISA pay + charging clients for it
Something that's impacted retention for me has been clients not following up leads. So i just tested getting a guy in PH with a great accent to call and book appointments. Seemed to work. He was booking some. But I'm now wondering : 1/ Any tips on structuring his pay? He gets $5 per hr, $25 per booking, $25 per show.paid weekly. Too much or too little? 2/ And tips on how to structure and much to charge clients for this service ? Like do I charge per number of leads managed or per calls, or per hours ...? 3/ or should I avoid packaging and selling this as my service completely ? Just basically get a list of folks to refer to and avoid the drama of being on the hook for their delivery? I see different advice on this around the web, but I'm keen to see what folks in this group do so I don't get led in different directions that don't match up with the one man agency ethos.
