I'm losing and I need your help. (Some of my most relevant improvements.)
I recently entered a contest about who had the most change with the Reviv mouthguard. And I'm currently losing, so if you take 5 seconds to vote for me, that'd be awesome :) (edit: btw, you can vote for more than one person at the same time) And like, c'mon. Combining Reviv with the biomechaneering process, I've gotten: - 4.4mm+ palatal expansion (measured months ago, likely much more nowadays). - 378 days of significantly improved sleep and energy after quitting CPAP. Even after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. - Almost completely fixed scoliosis and other postural issues. - Counterclockwise rotation of the maxilla and jaw. - Improved breathing and nervous system regulation. - Straighter teeth. - Etc. Again, 5 seconds to vote for me would mean a lot. Thanks! :)

Talking raw about the biomechaneering process: would you be interested?
I'm in the process of figuring out how to make content that is valuable, gets reach and is not too time intensive on my part. Would you like videos like 15-20 minutes long (or more) of me directly talking to the camera about different aspects of this process? Uploaded to the Biomechaneer YT channel. For example one topic explaining "live" how I do 3D craniofacial release (my "thumbpulling" approach), what techniques I'm experimenting with lately (for example by going through my journals), the improvements I've gotten on different parts of the journey, explaining how this process works in general, etc. Could be more or less raw (talking head) or with my face screen recording my diagrams, before and afters, etc. Let me know if you think this would interest you 🤔
Biomechaneer logs: documenting this process.
I made this new substack, where I'll start sharing and archiving my journal entries, along with summaries and hypotheses of the mechanisms :) And of course along with pictures and other documentation when possible.

New accelerator: Reviv × Biomechaneer toe spacers
More information and purchase link here. As many of you know, I've been in the barefoot and feet optimization community for years. Of course, at one point I tried toe spacers with no much results. Nowadays, with my structure supported from the teeth up with Reviv, I'm finally getting considerable results :) On one hand I've found this is one cheap, easy way to accelerate progress, as the toe spacers passively stretch the fascia and soft tissue of the feet. This has a system effect. On the other, I've experienced better alignment, stability and balance. My feet shape has improved. I can tell you it makes it easier to grow the glutes and stay stable when kettlebell swinging or squatting with one leg ;) And yes, like everything in this process it also helps with facial symmetry and attractiveness, posture, breathing and more. All info here :)

Guys, the Histostretching page was updated with more information! :) Link. I'm also working on a thumbpulling diagnosis tool :) So stay tuned.
