posture while doing thumbpulling
Is the posture we use when doing thumbpulling actually important? I started doing thumbpulling for two hours a few days ago. I tried all the recommended positions, but I couldn't last very long. The best position I found to tire myself out less was lying down with a pillow under my head. Honestly, I don't think that position is good for my posture, but so far it's the only one I've been able to use to do thumbpulling for two minutes straight.
(Example of the position I was in)
