Hi everyone and thank you Santiago for starting this. I have a few questions about doing the thump pulling and the techniques in the classroom plus the reviv.
I tried the reviv I think I got up to an hour wearing it, I can’t do more. And when I did more I got really bad tension head ache from the top of my head and or back of the neck, also nausea and I can’t function for the day.
I don’t know how you guys wear it for so long without getting headache and fatigue. my jaw would slip when I start eating my food, causing me to bite the inside of my lip.
If anyone went thru this what helped you get past it ? Any stretches or fascia release ? I’m thinking of doing some fascia maneuvers I’ve seen on youtube that seem to release fascia in the body
I also noticed mewing worlds techniques really release some tension in the face as well so I might incorporate the techniques they have.
Will doing the thump pulling in this course bring my jaw forward with time?
I am worried about the duration of how long to do it.
Also can I avoid a posterior open bite ? I don’t know if that’s ideal in the long term
