What dysregulates the nervous system?
My video on this! Here are the the top 5 things that dysregulate your nervous system: 1. Stress, chronic stress is horrible for your nervous system, when you are constantly stressed you are basically constantly in fight or flight mode, which is really damaging to your nervous system. 2. Unhealed trauma, this was the biggest reason for me personally, and is for basically everyone else as well, when you have unhealed trauma’s you have emotions stuck in you and that really messes up your nervous system. 3. Poor health, of you are not sleeping enough or do not have good sleep habits, eat bad food, do not get sunlight and etc, this will mess up not only your nervous system but everything else. 4. Overstimulation, of you are constantly frying your dopamine receptors with hyper stimulating stuff like video games, porn, junk food, brain rot content and etc, you will be overloaded with information, and overwhelm and this will undeniably unleash havoc on your nervous system. 5. Bottling up your emotions, of you try to constantly always be “stoic,” and when stuff like a family member or friend passing away, you just try to bottle it up, this will lead to trauma forming and as a result dysregulate your nervous system. And we know a dysregulated nervous system is really bad as it gives your body like a permanent sickness effect until healed, and to fix it simply fix these issues, and I will say the biggest reason your nervous system is dysregulated is due to past trauma, that is the case 99% of the time.

I’m glad you have trauma
Yes you read that title right. I am glad that you have unhealed trauma that you suffer with, because genuinely that is okay. It is fine, but what is not fine is not taking any action to improve your situation. And that is my message with this post. This is mainly directed to trauma, but it goes for anything you need help with, business, fitness, trauma or whatever. You gotta take action to improve the situation, even of it is a bit uncomfortable, you would still be doing your future self a favour! So do yourself a favour for future you and take action, join that course, get that mentor, buy that book, do whatever action is required to get you were you want to be.

The Hidden Reason Mental Health Advice Doesn’t Work for Everyone
My video on this Of you were to go to YouTube right now and search up mental health advice you will see the same advice most likely, they tell you to meditate, gratitude journal, exercise, have a positive mindset and etc. That stuff is great yes, and I recommend everyone to do those daily practices. But the reason why it does not work for everyone, that is what I want to tell you with this post. The reason why is, this stuff is just surface level advice, of you have a deeper issue that still is left unhealed, then the surface level advice fails to work. It’s like turning up the music to ignore a fire alarm. Meditation, gym, gratitude. All useful. But if the alarm keeps ringing, the problem isn’t the volume. It’s the fire. Unhealed trauma is the fire. Surface-level advice just turns the dial. And the big deeper reason that I find very commonly to be the case is unhealed trauma. Unless these people fix the deeper problem which is their unhealed trauma then the advice will not work… So let this be a reminder to you in your mental health journey, fix the deeper problem first, surface level solutions come later.

The Hidden Reason Mental Health Advice Doesn’t Work for Everyone
How unhealed trauma makes you less happy
My video on this! I know a lot of people who on the outside it looks like they have perfect lives, success in business, good fitness and etc, yet they still are unhappy! And when I tell then the reason why, they are always in shock and do not believe me. That is why I am making this post, of you fully focus to the end you will know exactly how unhealed trauma is keeping you unhappy. Here are the top 5 reasons: 1. Dysregulated nervous system, this is probably the biggest reasons, unhealed trauma makes your nervous system dysregulated which leads to causing symptoms to you that are really bad like putting your brain in survival mode, and it gives the same symptoms sickness gives you, but this is actually permanent unless you heal your trauma. 2. Self image, when you have unhealed trauma, you of course are actively aware of that, and that worsens your self image of course, thus affecting your self esteem, and as a result just pulling you down to negativity. 3. Desires, usually of you have unhealed trauma, you will pull your life to silly desires like starting a business just to get your fathers validation, cause you did not get enough in childhood, this makes you feel less happy as it is like you have wasted your life. 4. Negative thoughts, as a result of a dysregulated nervous system, your brain will undeniably produce much more negative thoughts, which obviously will make you unhappy. 5. Instant gratification over delayed, as I mentioned before unhealed trauma makes your nervous system dysregulated, and this will make you always more prone to choose the junk food instead of the clean food, and this will worsen your life, and make you much unhappier. Hope this post was valuable and it help, so many people who on the outside look like they have it all but are still unhappy, they think they just need to meditate, gratitude journal and etc, but they don’t realise the hidden reason is their unhealed trauma.

You Could Already Heal Your Trauma. You Just Don’t Realise It.
My vid on this! You may think to heal your trauma you need to have a stand alone time block for it in your calendar. But you are wrong, you know of you are someone who already actively works out, takes cold showers, does breath work and etc, you could be healing your trauma then and there! All you have to do is, for example, say you're taking a cold shower, or focus on a past event that gives you trauma / unprocessed emotion. You can then heal it right there and then! Of you just commit to do this basically every day for the rest of your life it will be life changing. So remember you do not need to make deliberate time to practice healing, you can already do it most likely with your current routine, you just need to use your mind and it is that simple, of you do this for one of your trauma’s every day it will add up and provide life changing results.
