I have lost fat 3 times in the last 2 years. Here are 21 fat loss lessons: 1. Use ai 2. Do sauna 3. Stop seed oils 4. Don’t drink milk 5. Eat salad in the right way 6. Eat less than 3x a day 7. Walk while you work 8. Make walking low effort 9. Get enough vitamin D 10. Do intermittent fasting 11. Eat for fuel, not pleasure 12. Drink coffee to keep hunger down 13.
