The best split for a workout?
I'd say upper lower upper lower upper lower your able to train your body constantly then leave rest for body aswell and you should do HIT training basically pick a weight where you can do 8 reps and on your eighth rep you should barely be able to push up do that 2 times on each on your workouts
Its been an honour
Hey this might be my final post, I will not be leaving however I doubt I will be posting anymore, we had a good thing going with Sam and the challenges but all good things must come to an end. It’s been an honour meeting all of the people that have actively posted up until the death of this community, and there were the two guys keeping it alive @Deniz U and @Amer Mrad.
