I always stuggled with ny screen time, but it used to be much worse than it is now
I used to scroll on insta for hours until i did this one thing
I deleted insta but that wasnt enough, i would reinstall it
So what i did was disable the app store so i couldnt get insta
It was a bit of pain in the ass to re enable it so it worked perfectly, i havent been addicted to insta since
