What do you do if you can't run for a while?
I had remove my wisdom teeth and my cheecks got swollen now, it's been 2-3 weeks without a good run :( What do you do if you can't run for a while?

Leadville 100 Training: Vo2Max block = done. Onto threshold training!
Just wrapped 8 weeks of VO2Max work and started my threshold block today. Block 2 felt completely different than Block 1. Block 1 just beat me up. Block 2 started to click — same routes, lower heart rate, paces that felt hard a month ago starting to feel controlled. Something shifted. Was doing hills, 600 surges, 800s, and 1Ks with recovery runs and weighted vest walks mixed in. Strength 3x a week on top of that. The weighted vest walks were a surprise honestly. Low effort but they hammered my legs in a way that felt really specific to what I'm training for. Now switching to threshold for the next 8 weeks. Different kind of hard — less "survive the interval," more "hold uncomfortable for a long time." Hoping it translates to the easier paces feeling even easier when it matters. Anyone else done a structured VO2Max block going into threshold work? Did the transition feel weird at first or did it flow naturally?

Which of these programs would you be most interested in?
Imagine a program of 12-16 weeks. Which goal resonates most with you? I shared the same poll today in the newsletter - but for those who didn't see it or would like to further elaborate, please use this thread! I'm keen to hear more thoughts. Thinking of setting up a very specific 12-16 week program that would target *one* of these goals (or whatever else is mentioned the most). Imagine a weekly call where I dive deeper into what you'd need to know or learn, ongoing support throughout, and of course, a personalized plan. Even if you are NOT interested in coaching (be it because of budget or time or something else), I'd love to know which goal resonates most with you :)
