๐ŸŽ‰ Our StepBet Challenge is officially complete! ๐ŸŽ‰ I just want to say how proud I am of every single person who decided to join this challenge. Whether you finished every goal, missed a few weeks, or found yourself starting over more than once you still chose to show up and do something that wasnโ€™t easy. That takes courage and thatโ€™s worth celebrating!! A huge congratulations to our 3 finishers! ๐Ÿฅณ I wish I could see exactly who completed it so I could give each of you a personal shoutout, but StepBet wonโ€™t let me see that info! Just know that I am so proud of you! Your consistency and commitment paid off. To everyone elseโ€ฆ donโ€™t let one challenge define your progress. โ€œWhatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.โ€ โ€” Colossians 3:23 How can we honor God through the way we care for ourselves? - loving our bodies and nourishing them with food that will give us the best energy - Recovery as in good sleep!!! This the best way our body recovers and with magnesium it helps our body calm down before bed so we can receive better/ deeper sleep!
