How can we honor God through the way we care for ourselves?
  • loving our bodies and nourishing them with food that will give us the best energy
  • Recovery as in good sleep!!! This the best way our body recovers and with magnesium it helps our body calm down before bed so we can receive better/ deeper sleep! This is when our body really recovers!
  • Exercising!
  • Staying hydrated
  • Getting sun and being in nature
