Omega-3s (Full Mega)
When I first heard about omega-3s and Full-Mega from 1st phorm I I said… what even is that? 😂 I had no clue how important omega-3s actually are for overall health. Now it’s something I don’t go a single day without. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed personally is the difference in my joints and recovery especially with how active I am. Between workouts, running, walks, and just constantly being on the go. I can 100% tell when I haven’t taken it consistently. Monday Mindset 🇺🇸
Today is about more than just a long weekend. Memorial Day is a reminder that freedom isn’t free and because of the brave men and women who sacrificed everything!!!! we get the opportunity to live this life fully. So today and everyday you can honor them by showing up grateful. Move your body. Spend time outside. Be present with the people you love. Take care of yourself. Remember how lucky we are to get another Monday to grow, learn, and become better. Don’t waste the life someone else fought for you to have. ❤️

Step Into Summer Challenge ☀️👟
We are officially kicking off our Step Bet challenge!! This is all about staying consistent, getting outside, and holding ourselves accountable together this summer instead of slipping into “I’ll start Monday” energy. We start June 1st with a little grace week before we go all in after that! Here’s the goal: Move your body daily, hit your steps, and show up for yourself even when you don’t feel like it.
