Salted PB & Caramel Frappe :)
okay wait… this might be my new go-to 🤎 i just made a salted peanut butter caramel frappe with level-1 salted peanut butter + caramel collagen from First Phorm, a shot of espresso, and fairlife milk… and when i tell you it was BETTER than a drive-thru coffee 😮‍🔥 high protein way less sugar fraction of the calories & didn’t leave me feeling blah after little reminder from me to you: start making your drinks at home!! you get to control what goes in it, tweak it to your liking, and actually fuel your body instead of just spiking it with sugar this one is 10/10… will be making on repeat 👏🏼 if you try it, tell me what you think

Chipotle Bowl!
Made chipotle bowls for the week & kept it super simple!! Can’t wait to start using the Blackstone for fresh chicken… but for now we’re keeping it REAL with the frozen bag from Walmart 😂 and honestly… still so good. Also heading to my brother’s baseball game today so I threw a Level-1 bar in my bag keeps me full so I’m not grabbing all the snacks there I do this during the week too when I’m on the go or working and can’t sit down for a full meal. Nothing crazy… just being prepared so I stay consistent. Chipotle Bowl: - chipotle chicken - white rice - romaine lettuce - pico (tomato, red onion, cilantro) - white corn - guac - lime
