Trying a new flavor of collagen in my coffee!!! CHOCOLATE!!! I have always had the salted caramel and have bought the French vanilla to try as well! WE AREN’T DONE YET! Don’t start coasting now this is where you lean in. The consistency and grit you all have had keep putting in that effort! I know it’s tempting to think “almost done” and coast, but this is the part that can either make or break your consistency. Keep going and your habit actually sticks. It doesn’t end after today this is just the beginning of what you are rising into! Let’s finish out strong together!! Are you coasting or are you showing up on purpose?

Where did this April Go. I had so much fun and what a work out it has been. I’ve lost 15 pounds w/ my steps and I can’t b overjoyed w/ how much I’ve accomplished. I absolutely love this group and of course my Daughter Abbey for encouraging me through this journey. W/O u Abbey, I would still b wonderingly in my thoughts on how and when I could b where I’m at today. I love u so much and a Big thanks to u for being my BIG INSPIRATION

Sunday awkward day, is what I want to call it. This morning my baby girl said goodbye while I was in bed, it’s always so sad to c ur child leave. slept til noon. Hubby comes back from a hunting trip from Kansas and we have to catch up on the lawn, suprised by my in-laws coming to visit, still can’t get my steps in, storms coming through here and there, still can’t get my steps in,. Grandkids decided to come c us just when I was trying to get my walk in and so I decided to just go running late at night.
