Your chapter in the List Monetiation Anthology?

In a group of list owners I run, the idea came up to do an "anthology" on the topic of list monetization.

It seems like a very Ronin play so I wanted to see if anyone here is interested in participating.

The basic idea is, we each contribute a chapter on a sexy strategy for monetizing an email list, and we put it out as a shared book and we all promote it to our respective lists. Ideally it's something you already have lying around to minimize the work. There will be an upsell bundle as well.
