Some Days It's the Little Things

This isn't a win about thousands of dollars made...YET. But I wanted to share because I was super excited and I knew y'all would get it.

I had 2 meetings today that confirmed that these new projects were a "heck yes". Such a good feeling :)

The 1st one we will be using the auction strategy, and I found out one of the partners is a RONIN! win/win

The 2nd one has 2 different projects and I'll be using the auction strategy once I figure out how to get to business owners who have tax bill over $50,000 - $100,000. And I used my Ronin learned negotiating skills for a test and a profit share. Lots of synergy :)
