I'm talking to a Skool community owner who launched last week and already has 90 members.
He has a YouTube channel with 30K subscribers in the Data science niche.
Covers n8n in his videos primarily.
But He refused saying that He wants to scale the community to 500 - 1k members before monetizing.
I'm thinking of going with his focus and responding with either:
"That's smart. Monetization gets way easier once you’ve got motion.
If you want a sneaky shortcut though, auctions aren’t just for cash, they’re jet fuel for engagement and can help you rank higher on Skool discoery page. Even running one with “points” or “access” prizes can get your next 100 members tagging friends just to play.
You grow and you train the group to take action."
Or"
"Sounds like a plan. Lemme know if you ever need help running an auction."
Which one should I go with? Or should I respond with something totally different?
