Found an SEO Skool group for sale

I went into a group I am part of and saw a post that said the group is for sale. Only about 560 people in the group, so not a huge group.

It was pretty responsive when it was live. I've contacted the owner and he responded that he'd be willing to let go of the reigns for a fee but last thing I want is to pay for a completly dead group, that I can't monetize.

Any suggestions on how to proceed on this? I'm not an SEO guy, so maybe I could team up on this with an SEO person? I think there's several ways we could monetize it, from SEO, paid ads and AI tools for SEO.
