Just finished my meeting.
He has a 40k email list, wants to do less webinar work and focus on higher end activities, and is open to someone handling the emails and back end.
He even suggested a percentage split or revenue share.
He also said he talked to 8 different people and appreciated how I approached the call because he would approach it the same way.
He even said we'll start with a small part of the list...I didn't even need to propose a test!
We're continuing the call next Thursday to talk more details. I'm SO excited!!!

For the next call, I'm thinking about coming into it with the percentage conversation and then figuring out the logistics of handling his setup.
Question: There is a lot of other work that needs to be done - transferring his list to another ESP, doing marketing emails (not T1s, but weekly emails), funnel creation, etc.
Would you consider that a separate thing that would amount to a one time payout or lump all that work in as a partner?
