Wait a second.... this is a brotherhood of men - why the hell is Steve posting about estrogen?? Well, I'm glad you asked. Let's talk seed oils for a second. Unless you've been living under a rock, you should know by now that any of these oils should be avoided like the plague. (Use butter - it's healthy and the government says to avoid it, which pretty much ensures that it's healthy - because they want you unhealthy, weak, low testosterone and dependent.) But back to seed oils. As a man, WHY should you avoid them? Soybean oil has estrogen in it. And a LOT of estrogen. A single tablespoon contains more estrogen than an entire birth control pill. And you thought the term "soy boy" was just a cute play on words..... This means that a single serving of French fries, chicken nuggets or just about any fast food type fried food can inject your system with a shit ton of estrogen. Not that I have to explain how bad that is, but let's just run down a few of the things that these seed oils cause... - Low testosterone - Infertility - Depression - Man boobs - Erectile dysfunction - Fatigue - Cardiovascular disease - Cancer This list goes on - and none of it is good. So if you want to be a soft, feminine, depressed, tired and sick man with a bad heart, who can't get it up for his woman and needs a bra... by all means, keep eating that shit. Butter is better, brothers. Stay strong! ⚔️⚔️
Stop Blaming Age
Here's the thing - muscle declines between 3% and 10% every decade after 30. Most Doctors normalize weakness after 40. They will tell you that it's an inevitable part of aging. It's NOT. It is preventable. Doctors will wait until you are frail, weak, broken and in pain, and then medicate the symptoms. That's the MO of modern medicine. Muscle is what holds everything together - it controls insulin, hormones, strength and recovery. If you lose your muscle mass, everything else starts to fall apart. No matter what your age or what your physical fitness level, you can reverse strength and muscle loss and get stronger. I don't care if you're 80+ years old, it is never too late to start and you can make fantastic progress. Muscle isn't just about aesthetics. Muscle is the difference between independence and needing a caretaker or being in assisted living when you get older. But you have to earn it. It can't be prescribed and there's no pill you can take. Yeah, I like to look good on the beach. But it this is quite literally a case of life or death. It's up to you, guys. You make the choice every day. Rebrand yourself and build a monster - your future self will thank you.

TRT and Testosterone: Why Men 40+ Can’t Ignore This

Fortunately, I had a great doctor who specialized in hormone replacement therapy and did all the additional testing so that she could really optimize my levels - not just get to the minimum. The difference in 3 weeks was night an day - I felt like a new man. This isn’t about vanity — it’s about reclaiming your edge, your strength, and your drive.
