No matter what your age or what your physical fitness level, you can reverse strength and muscle loss and get stronger. I don't care if you're 80+ years old, it is never too late to start and you can make fantastic progress.
Muscle isn't just about aesthetics. Muscle is the difference between independence and needing a caretaker or being in assisted living when you get older.
