Few rounds of boxing and kickboxing on the heavy bag this morning and 3 sets of 12 hammer curls and benchpress and 20 crunches. Down 2-3 lbs from a week ago.
Man, it's Monday again.... I apologize for being a bit absent over the last week - I'm in the process of putting together a full fitness system / coaching program and it's been extremely time consuming. I will be posting every day this week, so buckle up for some serious knowledge! ⚔️⚔️
@Mario M Man, you’ve got to build that integrity with yourself. It’s one of the most important things that we can do as men. A lot of people will bend over backwards to keep their word to others, but fail to give themselves the same respect. If your mind knows you’ll let yourself down, it’s tough to build confidence, character and consistency from that
@Mario M You’re doing the right things to establish good habits. Next, just add one simple thing a week that you do by yourself and make it non-negotiable. Show up for yourself, no matter what. Stack those small wins and it will go a long way to rebuilding your integrity with yourself
@Mario M Appreciate the support, brother. It's just a matter of staying 100% consistent with my workouts and, most importantly, the nutrition. Getting through the holidays without a bunch of extra calories will be the challenge. 😂😂
