Boxing & Weights
Few rounds of boxing and kickboxing on the heavy bag this morning and 3 sets of 12 hammer curls and benchpress and 20 crunches. Down 2-3 lbs from a week ago.

Solid!! Man, boxing and kickboxing will shed pounds in a hurry. And 2-3 lbs down in a week is excellent!

@Mario M Bag work is fun. Honestly, boxing and Muay Thai workouts are the only types of cardio that I actually enjoy. And it’s functional as well
