Started my week exercising solo on the heavy bag

Few rounds of boxing and kickboxing on the heavy bag this morning and 3 sets of 12 hammer curls and benchpress and 20 crunches. Down 2-3 lbs from a week ago.
F3 Bootcamp
Really wanted to skip this morning with a pain near my shoulder blade and reminded myself that the workout to regret is the one skipped. Did what I could without killing myself so I can work today. Included curls and over head presses with a CMU - Concrete Masonry Unit - aka a cinder block. 👍
