I just ended coffee date with approval for a test! He's excited for more but I stayed focus on just getting the next step done.

This guy:

has a huge reach
solid engagement
has tried to monetize it himself and hates that part of the biz (poor negotiator)
has already agreed to a perpetual rev share deal
has an email list of 5K that he does nothing with

My next step?

Figuring out the quickest and easiest win for a test. He likes money but is more concerned with reach and engagement. I'm thinking of trying to fire up that email list using an opt in offer like a free ebook of tips on how to catch bigger fish and repurposing some his most popular content to drive traffic.

I know some of you have more eperience and might have a better idea.

So Ronin, what would be your first play in this situation?
