Sauna/red light therapy
Had anyone tried one of those combo sauna/red light therapy blankets? I'm seeing more and more people discussing both, and some friends who I trust to not get swayed by BS swear by red light therapy. I can't afford a real sauna, and see a lot of these options on Facebook. I'm always looking for a way to lower inflammation and recovery.
