Last night I ended up in a massive rabbit hole as you normally do when you do one google, and ended with more questions than answers.
Now I am doing more intensity in my training was looking at how to optimise recover and whether Ice baths would help, and if so when is the best time to do have one. What i found online was very polarised with some sources saying they are good and some saying avoid as they dull the training stimulus.
Does anyone have experience of using cold for recovery? and or is there any research out that that people trust on this subject.
