I’m struggling to crack these.
Last time out managed 3 at the prescribed input and time but had to reduce the time in the last two sets.
Today i attempted it again. This time managing 5x4 instead of the 5x5.
Hit 202 max HR so I know I’m working but for some or several reasons, the 5x5 Gold Standard eludes me.
And just to add insult to injury, Garmin had this as Tempo ride 🤬🤬🤬.
All help welcome but I can’t afford a sports psychologist so please don’t suggest it 🤣
